Refund Policy
Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature and quality control standards of our roasted coffee, all coffee sales are final. We cannot accept returns on any consumable coffee products, even if the bag is sealed.
Non Consumables
For non-consumable items ( mugs, brewers Tee Shirts, and Merchandise), our return policy last 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
If a non-consumable item is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at "Totallyroastedcoffeeco@outlook.com" with photos of the damaged item.
Once your return for a non-consumable item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
