Free US Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states).

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States

Shipping 

• Once shipped, orders within the contiguous United States typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

• Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

• Totally Roasted Coffee Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged items and packaging as proof.

Tracking Shipment 

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
