Espresso
Espresso is defined by its unique brewing process, which relies on pressure. Unlike other coffee-making methods like drip coffee or a French press, which use gravity to filter water through grounds, espresso requires specialized equipment, like an espresso machine, to achieve the necessary pressure (typically around 9 bars). This high pressure, combined with a fine grind, rapidly extracts the flavors and oils from the coffee, creating a highly concentrated beverage in about 25-30 seconds.

Pour-Over
Pour-over is a manual coffee brewing method that gives the brewer a high degree of control over the final cup's flavor. Instead of an automated machine, the user is in charge of pouring hot water over coffee grounds, allowing for a precise and deliberate extraction

Drip
Drip coffee, often simply called "regular" coffee, is a common and convenient method of brewing that uses an automatic machine. It's the most popular way to make coffee at home, as it requires minimal effort and can produce a consistent pot of coffee.
A typical drip coffee works by automating the pour-over process.
